Jim Lutes has exhibited internationally and nationally for over 20 years. His work has been included in the Whitney Biennial, Documenta, and The Corcoran Biennial. Living and working in Chicago, he is represented by Valerie Carberry Gallery (Chicago). The Renaissance Society at the University of Chicago (Illinois) will mount a retrospective of his work in the fall of 2008. This April, Kinkead Contemporary is proud to present Jim Lutes' first solo exhibition in Los Angeles since 1989.
